Some melanoma facts: -Melanoma kills more young (20-39yr) Australians than any other single cancer -30 Australians will be diagnosed with melanoma every day -1 person dies from melanoma every 6 hours in Australia - Approx. 13,000 people will be diagnosed with melanoma in Australia this year -Melanoma is the 3rd most common form of cancer in Australian men and women
