Howden 30th Anniversary 1000mile bike ride London to Monte Carlo cycle ride

I am so proud to be involved in this charity ride as it’s in honour of my friend Will Bloomer. Felix and Maggies are incredible charities but MIND was the charity nominated by Wills beautiful family. Mind are a mental health charity that are there to make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone. Even though 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, most of us don’t get the help we need. This has to change. Mind are here to fight for mental health. Mind provide immediate support through information services, helplines and network of local services across England and Wales. They raise public awareness and promote understanding, so that anyone who experiences a mental health problem doesn’t have to deal with prejudice and discrimination, too. And they make sure that long-term solutions are in place, by campaigning and influencing for real change at all levels. https://www.mind.org.uk/
